FinalProject: Webserver Networking

About a year ago, I started work on a website that could showcase student work, providing a platform on which people could seek feedback and audience for their own projects. The thing about websites that you code yourself, though, is that they don't deploy themselves. Using my senior project as a continuation of the website's development, I used physical computer hardware to setup and configure multiple servers to handle site storage and code, ultimately serving a completed website to the Internet. I compounded my existing computer knowledge with advanced server administration, networking techniques, and data storage/handling principles. Through my website and server setup, I hope to demonstrate the usefulness of the industry-standard webserver architecture that I implemented, increasing awareness of these key systems. I hope that the website's very existence proves the functionality of my project and its purposes.
