Job Shadowing a Civil Engineer

In this project, I first began by researching the career of Civil Engineering. I read articles, watched videos, and talked to people I know in order to get a better understanding of what the career is like on a day to day basis. Next, I began reaching out to Civil Engineers in the area in order to find one that would be willing to let me job shadow them. After shadowing a Civil Engineer at a Civil Engineering firm in Winsted, Connecticut, I began working on my website. Through my website, I hope to create a guide about Civil Engineering for anyone that is interested in this sort of career.
